About the RRC

We are a local, life-saving non-profit dedicated to addressing the recovery needs of those who struggle with addiction.

Often, the journey towards recovery begins at an inpatient or outpatient facility. After completing clinical treatment, the recovering individual needs to learn how to rejoin the community. That means changing patterns of behavior, learning new life skills, and becoming a contributing member of society.

Here at the Recovery Resource Center, we help with that re-integration. We provide a safe space for the recovering individual to learn valuable life-skills, while building a fundamental network of support. We stand resolute as the center of the recovery community in Salisbury, Maryland.

24/7 Safe Station

In partnership with the Wicomico County Health Department, we are open 24/7 as a Safe Station for anyone seeking help!

A Safe Station is a secure, welcoming environment for anyone looking to start their path to Recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction. This innovative new program can help to eliminate barriers to treatment by linking the individual in crisis to a Peer Support Specialist with extensive knowledge of valuable resources.
